MaxxCharge was thrilled to take part in the 2025 Star Women in Convenience Awards (SWIC) in Toronto at the International Centre on September 17. As always, the focus of SWIC was on recognizing exceptional women in the convenience industry. The event featured Elaine McKay, an internationally recognized leader in corporate affairs, sustainability, and human rights, as the keynote speaker. Attendees also gained insight from the winners panel moderated by Susana Pulla and featuring leaders such as Bromlyn Bethune, Desiree Jackson, Katie Lint, and Iris Sermeno, who shared their experiences in leadership, innovation, and impact.
Throughout the morning conference, MaxxCharge provided modern digital signage with integrated charging stations so participants could stay connected without worry during keynote speeches, networking, and award presentations. Our team placed these stations in visible high traffic areas so attendees could power their devices, browse event schedules, and engage with sponsors while enjoying the program uninterrupted.
MaxxCharge was honoured to support this wonderful event produced by Ensemble IQ, that celebrates the impact women make in the the convenience industry. We look forward to building on what we learned this year by adding more accessibility features and tailoring interactivity to help power future events.
