In order to keep our delivery/pick up fees low we ask to come during the day or evening to avoid rush hour and increasing our fees.

Delivery time will be depending on when your event starts. Our Charging stations and digital screens are the finishing touches to your event and need to be installed when carpet is down and booths are completed with hydro etc.

Delivery Times are typically between 10-2pm. If you event starts at after 12pm then we would come install the day of. If you have a morning start the day before could be arranged.

When your event ends we will come at the best time to avoid traffic.

Deliveries times are subject to availability. We will confirm them once we receive this form.

Before installing we require that carpet and booths be completed before arrival.
If we are delivering to a booth please provide the number here
